Just catching up with your blog. It's been ages since I blog hoped, but here I am. Yes I think you can edit Etsy listings after publishing. People put SOLD once an item it gone so I'm assuming yes you can. I've caught the patchwork bug too. Everything I read these days is patchwork related. I even brought a patchwork mag the other week! It cost nearly a fiver and I was very disappointed with it, especially when I realised it was a US one and not UK!, love those purses, they're glued together? I always wondered how they were made.
I ended up buying a Moda layer cake XD Just need to figure out what to do with it now. Yes the fabric purses need glued into the metal frames. It's a messy job XD
